Listen to this articleWith the latest decree out of the Obama Administration, it definitely defines his ill-advised pen welding abilities.
Signed by the Justice Department and Education Department under the Obama Administration, they will basically be telling everyone within the nation that Transgender bodies are chauvinists and shall get their way regardless of what the majority of the voting population that are natural born male or female thinks or has to say. The decree is not law according to media Outlets, but it comes with a hefty recourse of action that says that any school that does not adhere to what it says will be cut off from federal funding. Even though it says it’s not a law, it sounds just like one. Obey or receive a penalty. That covers just about every law known to man.
So even though the Obama Administration doesn’t just come out and say it, can see first hand, who our current leaders side with.
It really says a lot about today’s society and how far we have come when people with a little power makes the decree saying that chauvinists can do whatever pleases them and they can’t be touched. If this was actually law, it would give transgender and bodies with gender identity the equivalent of diplomatic immunity.
